In an update to a story we told you earlier this week, two elderly South Point residents were arraigned in court today on drug trafficking charges.
John Damron, 73, and his ex-wife Doris Damron, 63, are facing numerous drug trafficking charges stemming from a June 24 raid that turned up $50,000 in pills and cash along with guns, power tools and other stolen merchandise that was traded for drugs.
Neither of them entered a plea. John Damron is facing two counts of trafficking and two counts of aggravated trafficking, all felony counts. Doris is charged with two trafficking counts and a count of complacency to trafficking drugs
