Elgin man pleads guilty to 2012 DUI crash that killed teen

ELGIN, Ill. (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

A northwest suburban was sentenced to 11 years in prison after pleading guilty to a fatal DUI crash and unrelated charge of selling heroin to an undercover police officer, both in 2012.

Shannon Hill, 19, of the 0-99 block of Poplar Creek Drive in Elgin, pleaded guilty Thursday to failure to report an accident involving death, reckless homicide, and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within a 1,000 feet of a park—all felonies, according to a statement from the Kane County State’s Attorney’s office.

In September 2012, Hill was driving in Kane County at about 100 mph when his vehicle rolled over, killing 17-year-old passenger Lawrence Echols of Elgin, who was riding in the right rear seat, according to prosecutors.

And it's the same story over and over and over. These dirt bags are always Negroes. Once in a  great while the Mexicans put their hands in with their gang shootings, but as a general rule, it is the black folks that commit the vast majority of the crimes. And they are constitute over 80% of the prison population as well.
