Lake Shore HealthCare and Rehabilitation Centre has been proudly serving Chicago’s lakefront community for more than two decades. Our broad range of services include compassionate long-term care, innovative post-hospital rehab, sub-acute and complex clinical care, specialized Alzheimer’s services, respite and hospice support.
We are also proud of our long-standing role as an active member of the community. Ongoing activities include initiatives with area hospitals, physicians, community service organizations, local government and senior advocacy groups, all aimed at improving the health, well-being and quality of life of those we serve.
